    01. Age Requirement :

    Usually 18 – 35 years old (may vary depending on the employer or sending organization).

    02. Skills and Qualifications :

    • Basic knowledge or training in welding or metal work
    • Willingness to learn Japanese welding standards and safety procedures.

    03. Japanese Language Proficiency :

    • JLPT N5, JFT, NAT 5, or any other relevant Japanese proficiency exam.
    • Basic Commiunication Skills.

    04. Duration of the Program :

    The TITP program is usually 3 years, with possible extension up to 5 years depending on skill level and company approval.
    Training stages:

    1. Technical Intern Training (i) – First year (basic skills training)
    2. Technical Intern Training (ii) – Next two years (advanced training)
    3. Technical Intern Training (iii) – Optional extension for higher skill mastery.

    After completing the initial phase of the trainee program, eligible individuals can transition to a Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) Visa Type 1 if they pass the required skills and language tests. This allows them to work as skilled employees in Japan for up to 5 additional years.

    This program is included under the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) and focuses specifically on construction-related fields such as building work, civil engineering, scaffolding, masonry, carpentry, and other skilled trades.

    01. Age Limit:

    Generally 18–30 years old.

    02. Requirements:

    • JLPT N5, JFT, NAT 5, or any other relevant Japanese proficiency exam.
    • Pre experience in relevant criteria is not mandatory but will be advantage.
    • Basic Communication Skills.

    03. Duration :
